SD-WAN Readiness Assessment

Prove it on one branch before you commit to fifty.

A single-site infrastructure readiness assessment and proof of concept, before you sign off on a multi-site SD-WAN rollout.

Rolling out SD-WAN across multiple sites means committing budget before you know what you're actually dealing with underneath it. One Branch First starts smaller.

We assess one representative branch, design the SD-WAN concept against your actual traffic, applications, and failover needs, then get the physical infrastructure at that site fully ready, cabling, power, mounting, connectivity paths, so the moment you're ready to deploy, it's a clean drop-in, not a scramble.

This isn't SD-WAN hardware or licensing, and it isn't a live traffic demo. It's making sure everything underneath the rollout is right first, at one site, before you commit to the rest.

What's included

  • Site assessment of one small branch (up to 20 users/devices, single comms room)
  • SD-WAN concept design matched to your environment
  • Infrastructure readiness build, so hardware can be deployed and just work
  • Written specification, repeatable across your other branches
  • Separate rollout rate card once you're ready to scale
What's not included: SD-WAN appliances, licensing, the multi-site rollout itself, ongoing management.

Common questions

Does this include the SD-WAN hardware?
No, this is infrastructure readiness only, the physical foundation SD-WAN gets deployed onto. Hardware and licensing are separately supplied or quoted.
What happens after the POC?
You get a written specification and a separate fixed rollout rate card for scaling to your other branches, so the next decision is based on real numbers, not estimates.
What counts as a "small" branch for this offer?
Up to 20 users or devices, a single comms room or small cabinet. Larger or multi-cabinet sites are quoted separately.
What if the site turns out to be in worse condition than expected?
We ask for cabinet photos upfront so we can flag likely issues before we arrive. We'll confirm your fixed price within 2 business days of receiving your photos. If the site assessment shows significant extra work is needed, undersized cabinet, aging cabling, insufficient power, we'll confirm a revised price with you before any work begins. No surprise invoices.
