Staged Infrastructure Assessment

Fix what's urgent. Quote the rest when you're ready.

A structured way to split a bigger job into essential work now, and justified improvements later, without waiting on the whole project to be approved before anything gets fixed.

Big infrastructure jobs don't always get signed off in one go, budget's staged, boards approve in tranches, or something just needs fixing today while the rest gets planned properly.

Fix Now, Improve Later starts with a scoping visit covering the full site, so you see the whole picture, not just what's urgent. From there, essential work gets quoted and delivered as its own complete, working outcome. Later phases get their own fixed quote, approved only when you're ready.

One rule we hold ourselves to: if fixing what's urgent now genuinely requires doing something that later work also depends on, that goes in phase one. We don't artificially shrink the first phase just to hit a lower number, only to have you pay twice for the same wall.

What's included in the scoping visit

  • Full-site assessment, not just the urgent issue
  • A clear phase-one quote covering essential work only
  • A written scope for what's deferred, and why
  • No obligation to proceed with later phases until you approve them

Common questions

Does the $495 get credited against the work?
Yes, if you proceed to a later phase, the $495 comes off that quote. If phase one is all you need, the $495 covers the scoping visit and quote in full.
What if I only want phase one, and never do phase two?
That's entirely your call, phase one is quoted and delivered as a complete, working outcome on its own, there's no obligation to proceed further.
How is this different from just getting a normal quote?
A normal quote prices the whole project as one job. This splits it deliberately, so you can act on what's urgent now without waiting for budget approval on everything.
