Documented Network Care keeps it honest. One annual on-site inspection, quarterly documentation reviews, and priority booking if something needs fixing. This isn't a takeover of your IT support, it works alongside whoever you've already got, we just own the physical layer so it doesn't quietly decay.

What's included

What's not included: repairs, new hardware, and emergency attendance are separately priced. This plan keeps things documented and prioritised, it's not an all-you-can-eat support contract.

Common questions

Does this replace our current IT provider?
No, this covers the physical layer only, cabling, cabinet, documentation. It works alongside whoever handles your broader IT.
What happens if something breaks between visits?
You get priority booking, within 2 business days, ahead of new customers in the standard queue. The visit itself is separately quoted unless it's covered under warranty from prior work.
Can I add more sites later?
Yes, each site is its own $149/month line, add or reduce as your footprint changes.
