Quotes, assessments, services and hardware
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to every quote, assessment, service and piece of hardware supplied by Visionspeed Pty Ltd (ABN 51 137 381 670) trading as AAA Communications ("AAA", "we", "us").
By accepting a quote, booking an assessment or asking us to start work, you agree to these terms. If a signed quote or scope of work says something different, the signed document takes priority for that job.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
"From" prices cover one defined location. Unless the offer says otherwise, a "from" price covers one site, one floor and one agreed area, within 50 km of the Sydney CBD, during business hours (7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Your final price is set by a qualified scope of work. Before we book, we confirm the scope in writing. The price can change from the advertised starting price depending on:
Advertised prices can change. Prices on our website, in emails and in other marketing are a guide and may change without notice. The price that applies to your job is the one in your written quote.
Quote validity. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless the quote says otherwise. Hardware prices are subject to supplier pricing at the time of order.
Variations. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. We will not proceed with a variation until you approve it in writing, including by email.
You are responsible for giving us safe, timely access to everything in scope. That includes:
If we can't start or continue work because access isn't ready, or we are kept waiting more than 30 minutes, waiting time and any return visit are charged at our standard rates.
Our technicians may stop work if they consider a site unsafe. Work resumes once the hazard is resolved. Any extra time is charged as a variation.
Lifts, elevated work platforms, after-hours access and third-party escorts are additional unless included in your quote.
| Notice given | Charge |
|---|---|
| 2 business days or more | No charge |
| Less than 2 business days | 50% of the booked fee |
| On the day, or no access on arrival | Full booked fee |
Hardware ordered specifically for your job can't be cancelled once ordered, unless the supplier accepts its return. Any restocking fee is passed on at cost.
Payment is due 14 days net from completion of the work, unless your quote states otherwise.
We may ask for a deposit on hardware orders and on projects over A$10,000. Staged projects may be invoiced at the end of each stage.
Hardware remains our property until paid in full. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause further work until it is paid.
Report timeframes run from the end of site work and receipt of everything we asked you for, such as floor plans and device lists. Business days exclude weekends and NSW public holidays.
Once paid for, the report is yours to use, share and hand to any installer. Our templates, tools and methods remain ours.
A report reflects the site as we found it on the day. It records what we tested and measured, and is not a guarantee of future performance after changes to the site, its devices or its use.
Sections 2 to 6 apply to every assessment. The terms below add to them for each offer. Scope and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before booking.
Other offers on our website (including Find the Fault, Cabinet Reset and Go-Live Assistance) follow the inclusions and exclusions on their own page, plus these terms.
We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion. If our work is faulty in that time, we will fix it at no charge.
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass on to you. We will help you lodge and manage a claim.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under that law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim about a service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fee you paid for it, at our option.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
We are not responsible for faults in existing infrastructure we did not install, beyond what is in our written scope. Where we find such faults, we report them and quote to fix them.
Carriers and vendors. Carriage services, NBN, vendor licences and cloud platforms are supplied under the provider's own terms. We coordinate them for you but can't control provider lead times or outages.
Your information. We use the details you give us to quote, deliver and invoice your work, and to send updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. Questions: sales@aaacomms.com.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you accept a quote applies to that job.
