Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Visionspeed Pty Ltd, trading as AAA Communications ("AAA", "we", "us"), handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect
- Enquiry details. Your name, business, email, phone number and the message you send when you use a form on this site, email us or call us.
- Free tool and assessment responses. Answers you enter into our tools, quizzes and calculators, and the contact details you give if you ask for a report.
- Site usage data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and referral source, collected using cookies or similar technology.
- Project and client records. Site details, contacts and documentation we need to quote and deliver cabling, Wi-Fi and cellular work.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes, audits and reports.
- To deliver and document work, and to support you after go-live.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To send relevant updates about our services. You can opt out of these at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email, hosting, analytics and accounting providers), with carriers or vendors when a project requires it and you have asked us to proceed, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
Google user data
We use an internal reporting tool that reads Google Search Console data for aaacomms.com, using read-only access granted by the site owner. It is used only to report on how our own website performs in search. It does not access data about visitors or customers, and it does not share, sell or transfer Google user data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some measurement will be lost.
Security and retention
We store information on access-controlled systems and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@aaacomms.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
