Elders in partnership with Telstra have initiated a technology refresh project for its 320 offices around Australia, implementing an IP based telephony system called TIPT. This included replacing data services and telephony systems to position itself ready to join the NBN as it becomes available in each location.

During the project rollout, it was discovered that our offices were also in need of infrastructure upgrades, cabling, and new communication cabinets which would bring each office in specification with our company safety initiatives which are a very important part of Elders business strategy.

Elders offices are located across rural Australia, and due to the remoteness of some locations, our branches experience issues with procuring IT and electrical services in a cost effective and timely manner. Telstra introduced Elders to AAA Communications, a company that provides IT and electrical services across Australia using their nationwide technician network.

Over the last two years, AAA Communications have provided Elders with a range of services, not only technical expertise and equipment supply, but also top quality project management and superior service, which played a major role in the success of the rollout. Elders continues to be impressed by the professionalism of AAA Communications, and has expanded the relationship by engaging AAA for all of our electrical and cabling requirements for office relocations and new office fit outs.

As Project Manager, I have been impressed with the work AAA Communications team has completed for Elders. I would identify that their communication, punctuality, professionalism, project management, and expertise in delivering the services we required made AAA the perfect partner in the success of the TIPT rollout project.

I would not hesitate in recommending AAA Communications for any IT or electrical requirements your business may have. I look forward to continuing to work with AAA in the future who give me confidence that I can succeed in completing projects for Elders.
